My daughter got this penguin for Christmas. It is totally cute (on the computer too). It is the biggest Webkinz I have ever seen. It stands out from all the others my daughter owns (she has 16 to date) because it is so tall and wide.
One thing we have noticed with the Webkinz though, the seams like to come apart easily and have to be sewn back together. It has happend to 2 so far.
They are great on the Computer. Teaches the kids responsibility since they have to feed, play with and take them to the vet. You can buy all kinds of things for your Webkinz and decorate their room any way you want. Many things in your pets room are interactive, like the stove, swimming pool etc. You can also plant a garden and grow your pets own vegetables.
We love Webkinz!

I’m not sure why children would need more than one WebKin, singular, in terms of what the toy offers, but apparently kids are prone to hoarding them. Mine do. This penguin in particular is a big hit with the 1st grader. Despite its status as antarctic contraband, she insists on sneaking the penguin into school on a regular basis = )
